Introducing Blackbird Farming English Honey

Blackbird Farming honey was produced by the bees who’s hives sat in our orchards during blossom time.  This pure honey has gone straight from the hive into the jar.

The bees worked in our cherry, apple and pear orchards collecting nectar as well as feeding on the surrounding oilseed rape flowers, as well as the fields and gardens beyond giving it a real local flavour.

Our honey hasn’t been heated or pasteurized, so it contains natural vitamins, enzymes, powerful antioxidants, and other important nutrients.  Some people swear blind that eating local honey containing a blend of local pollen, can strengthen a person’s immune system, and reduce pollen allergy symptoms; although there is no scientific proof that it helps, we think it’s a great reason to try some.

Look out for our Blackbird Farming Honey on our pop-up cherry stall and sitting alongside our delicious cherries at farm shops.
